1. Shipping fee
- Free Shipping for Local Orders: We offer free shipping on local orders valued at $1,600 or above. Please note that orders with wholesale discounts applied are not eligible for free shipping.
- International Orders: International customers are required to pay a shipping fee. The website may initially calculate no fee or a base fee for shipping; however, this is subject to adjustment after we pack your order based on the final weight and dimensions.
2. Weekend Deliveries
Our warehouse team does not operate over the weekend. If you require a weekend delivery, arrangements must be made in advance.
3. Domestic Orders
For domestic orders, items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receiving full payment, depending on the shipping method you select. Please be aware that dispatch times may be affected by postal delays or force majeure events, for which we cannot be held responsible.
4. International Orders

5. International Shipping and Payment

- Allow up to 7 business days for us to process international orders, as international payments may require additional time for verification.
- Do not place an order if you have not consulted us or if you disagree with the shipping charges. If an order is canceled after payment and confirmation due to oversight of the shipping charges, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
