1. Inspection Upon Receipt
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues, damages, or discrepancies to us without delay. We cannot be held responsible for any breakage or damage after the goods have been accepted by the customer.
2. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Items sold are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, missing parts, or other issues that originated prior to shipment.
3. Returns for Overseas Customers
- Returns from overseas customers are accepted only in cases where customs clearance issues compel you to return the goods.
- To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be returned in sellable condition, complete with all original packaging.
- A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs, payment/bank charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns must receive prior authorization through written confirmation.

If your package is seized, forfeited, or held by local customs or government authorities, no refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods
- In the rare event that goods arrive damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram inbox.
- Please save all packaging and shipping materials until instructed otherwise, and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Failure to follow these steps will result in the rejection of your exchange request.

- All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned goods must be in their original condition and complete with all parts and packaging. Refunds will only be processed after a full inspection of the returned items. Missing parts or damage will result in deductions from the refund amount.

If product is defective, Customer should present the whole product and package together with such stamped original sales memo or sales receipt to CL Studio within 14 days after the collection date. One time replacement service will be offered for each product but not including used product or in package, artificial damage or product which is not sold at our store.
